Jeff brings more than 18 years of combined experience in architecture and city planning. As a Senior Planner, he supports the development of environmental and urban planning projects, including feasibility studies, master plans, land use permitting applications, and environmental compliance documentation. His notable project experience includes the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) Wākiu Master Plan and Environmental Assessment (EA), the Mayor Wright Homes Redevelopment Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), the La‘i ‘Ōpua 2020 Community Center Master Plan, and the PBS Hawai‘i New Home Project. Jeff is a member of the American Planning Association (APA) and served as President of the APA Hawai‘i Chapter from 2024–2025.
