Kahealani is a Project Manager with more than 17 years of civil engineering and civil design experience. She has developed site utilities; drainage; grading hydraulics; roadway improvements; vas well as subdivisions. Kahealani is also responsible for project coordination with clients from the Federal, State and Counties, as well as the private sector; and consultants from multiple disciplines. She is proficient in authoring specifications; design analysis; and cost estimates.
