Alanna has more than 20 years of human resources experience.  She is responsible for managing and strategic planning for all human resource functions, including recruitment and onboarding, retention, policy development performance and employee relations. She’s a certified professional coach and earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and her master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
