Kendyl garners over 8 years of professional experience working on a broad range of commercial, healthcare, educational, and hospitality projects in the Hawaiian Islands and Japan. Kendyl worked as project architect on the Hawaii State Hospital New Patient Facility in Kaneohe, a four-story 144-bed, state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital campus, and the Hilton Grand Vacations Maui Bay Villas in Kīhei, Maui.

As a project architect, Kendyl is involved in all project phases from planning and concept design through construction administration, achieving client satisfaction through efficient management of the project delivery process.
