Kiewit Building Group began work in late June at Ilima at Leihano, a three-story senior living community in Kapolei, for developer Kisco Senior Living. The $30 million project is set for completion in the summer of 2015.
Group 70 International designed the 84-unit, low-rise building that features plantation architecture, large common areas and outdoor gardens. Monthly rent will include dining plans, transportation services, utilities, housekeeping and emergency response as well as activities and wellness programs.
