In her new role, Tamayori will collaboratively work with a multi-discipline design team to develop solutions that meet the client’s needs. Her duties include assisting with the design of architectural projects and the preparation of drawings, plans and specifications. She will perform research, site visits, data collection and prepare sketches, diagrams, plans and renderings.
Prior to Tamayori joining the G70 team, she was a designer with GDdesign. She independently worked on private and public projects with key stakeholders. The projects, ranging from programming to construction documents, focused on architectural historic restoration and preservation.

She completed her Master of Science degree from University of Pennsylvania in 2003; obtained an Associate in Science, Architectural Drafting and CAD Technoloiges; and is in the process of getting her architectural license.
Historic architectural projects tend to spark her interest. Tamayori earned outstanding awards, including four preservation commendations from the Historic Hawai’i Foundation. In 2016, she received a commendation for a preservation plan project for state bridges within the Hana Belt Road Historic District.
Tamayori works to integrate her unique cultural experiences and world views with her passion for design and preservation.
