Ms. Kloster has served as project manager for several major projects assignments. She is responsible for the effective preparation of land use master plans, watershed planning studies, and environmental impact documents for government, institutional, and private sector clients. She has over 15 year of professional experience and has specialized knowledge and experience in the watershed environments of Hawai’i and facilitation of local planning efforts with community groups.
