Hale Pawa'a is a new, high-end, Class A medical professional building. G70 is the tenant improvement architect and our work is on-going. Professional suites at Hale Pawa'a are designed for maximum flexibility. Completed to date are an 1,884 square foot management office, a 1,330 square foot pharmacy, two doctor spec suites (965 & 1,710 square feet), a 3,528 square foot fertility clinic with a clean room, lab and OR. G70 has done work ranging from space planning and programming to construction documents for several dental suites, a chiropractic office including x-ray, a full floor women's center, and a medical spa.
