Experienced in overseeing complex projects, Roy is often tasked with managing G70’s larger and technically challenging assignments. He is experienced in all phases of architecture, specializing in building assessments, feasibility analysis, project management, contract documents, and construction administration. With over 40 years of professional experience, his portfolio includes work on institutional, military, commercial, hotel resort facilities and all aspects of housing including affordable, market, senior and student housing. He joined G70 in 1974 and became the firm’s principal-in-charge of Project Delivery in 1991. He is actively involved in quality assurance for the projects at G70.
