G70 Hires Three New Team Members

HONOLULU – Hawai’i design firm G70 has announced the hiring of Teresa Cohen, Erin Lozano, and Evelyn Navas-Aron.

Teresa Cohen joins G70’s civil engineering department as a project engineer. In this role, she will work with project managers and subconsultants to coordinate and prepare drawings, reports, construction documentation and material reviews.

Cohen brings over three decades of experience to G70. She previously served as a project engineer at Hunsaker and Associates in California, focusing on land development projects that primarily consisted of residential master plans and commercial developments. Cohen earned a certificate in architectural drafting and design from The Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School and certificates in AutoCAD and Softdesk DMT software from MTI College.

Erin Lozano joins G70’s interior design department as an interior designer. In this role, she will prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations and construction documents, as well as manage furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) procurement for clients.

Lozano previously worked as an interior designer at WRNS Studios, where she created renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and coordinated installation activities on projects across the island. She earned her Bachelor of Science in interior architecture & design from Colorado State University and is a member of both the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Evelyn Navas-Aron joins G70’s planning department as a planner. In this role, Navas-Aron will support G70’s environmental and land use planning services, including the preparation of environmental impact statements and assessments, master plans, feasibility studies, land use permits and community outreach engagement.

Prior to joining G70, Navas-Aron earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a graduate certificate in disaster management and humanitarian assistance from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. During her last year as a graduate student, she participated in a semester-long practicum project, assisting the Waimānalo Hawaiian Homes Association (WHHA) in preparing for future regional planning facilitated by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.
