On the North Shore of Kauai, Princeville’s brand new PV | EATS Market & Wine Bar opened their doors to the public July 24, 2019 with a bountiful blessing by Kauai’s own Kumu Puna Kalama Dawson.
Open daily from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, PV | EATS is an artisanal market serving delicious tapas paired with craft cocktails and hand-selected wines. A full bar offers wine, cold-pressed juices, and coffee for neighborly visits. Plus, a gourmet retail store invites guests to take home specialty cheeses and charcuterie, spirits, and more.
The Sullivan Family of Companies, owner of the Foodland Supermarket chains in Hawaii and resident in the Princeville Center, partnered together with Honolulu based architecture firm G70 to create PV | EATS Market & Wine Bar. They’re able to bring residents and guests products from down the street and around the world to an upscale, trendy environment! Behind the tasty tapas is Executive Chef of Foodland Supermarket, Keoni Chang.
