Nestled in the resort of Waikōloa on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, the Hilton Grand Vacation Club envisioned a resort community with 802 units developed on 5 parcels tethered around its Kings’ Golf Course. The design of this resort community is inspired by the plantation heritage of the island with three-story residences containing one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. It also includes a LEED Silver Clubhouse designed as a courtyard village containing a recreational pool, spa, great hall, and a keiki club.
