The 14.84 acres of industrial development, inclusive of existing buildings, sidewalks, pavement and utilities will be demolished and removed from the project site. The industrial development will be replaced with approximately 491 low-rise units and 1,540 high-rise units. Inherent with the development will be a complete replacement of existing, onsite facilities, inclusive of surface and subsurface utilities within the property lines. Offsite utilities will also be upgraded due to the increased demand in utility services.
