Japengo is an extensive remodeling of the existing Cascades Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Maui. Originally opened in 1981, it underwent re-branding in 2009 as a chic cross cultural fusion restaurant. The 7,500 SF renovation is distinguished by contemporary blends of exotic Asian textures, materials, and colors to match the innovative cuisine.
