The four-story Sullivan Center for Innovation and Leadership is a wholly unique place on the campus of ‘Iolani School and in Hawai‘i. It is a model for 21st Century learning pedagogy and its unique spaces support project-based learning, innovation, and scientific and technological pursuits. The facility contains flexible, collaborative “labs” and spaces for robotics, collaborative investigation, and inquiry. It is the first and cornerstone project in the school’s master plan and is LEED Gold certified in addition to the first CHPS project completed in the state of Hawai'i.
