The Hyatt Place Waikīkī Beach project was a fast-tracked renovation of an existing non-descript hotel to the largest and first Hyatt Place Gen 2 in the world regionalized to the Hawaiian lifestyle. The first phase of the extensive renovation transformation included exterior improvements, complete renovation of the 191 room tower and 3 floors of Public Spaces reconfigured to add Hyatt Place amenities and Hawaiian adaptations. A unique project delivery system provided an astounding conception to occupancy in nine months which included a Waikīkī Special District minor application approval.
