G70 International provided planning and civil engineering design services for the Department of Design and Construction, and was tasked with preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) in compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidelines as well as a preliminary roadway engineering design.
