G70 created a new master plan for the prestigious Central Union Church (CUC) Preschool located in Honolulu, Hawai'i. The master plan envisions a new campus organization with similarities to a New England town. The administration building or "Town Hall" centers a courtyard around which "Cottages" containing classrooms are organized. A "Barn" provides multipurpose and assembly functions. Landscaping will incorporate historical plant material cataloged in 1931.
