Tom has built a career designing and managing large, complex mixed-use projects in both the private and government arenas. His range of experience encompasses hotels and resorts, high-rise towers, timeshare and residential developments. Tom has been actively engaged in fostering technical innovation, especially in high-rise envelopes and facade design. He has also designed and master-planned large-scale LEED-equivalent certified residential communities with more than 8,000 dwelling units.

Armed with an MBA, Tom also uses his business acumen to produce feasibility and market studies for hospitality and healthcare clients.

Tom joined the firm in 2003 and became a Principal in 2005.
