Mr. Inouye has more than 30 years experience as a draftsperson, job captain and project architect working on a variety of projects including residential, high-rise office, luxury resort, military, religious, educational, medical, retail and oil support facilities. His project involvement includes work from conceptual design through construction administration, with a primary focus on Construction Administration.
