G70 is committed to developing an economically viable, systems integrated approach to utilities, and infrastructure based on LEED compliant sustainability principles for each of our projects.

We consist of a diverse group of LEED AP experts in sustainable development, design, and research. The objective is to build the most reputable, multi-disciplined, and knowledgeable principals for systems design and integration.

Our principals are changing the traditional model of utilities and infrastructure from expense-based vertical systems to revenue-generating horizontal integrated systems. Design of architecture and interiors are a part of this integration with infrastructure.
