Jeff Seastrom, AIA, AICP, LEED AP BD + C, rejoins the G70 Planning department as a Senior Planner. With more than 13 years of combined architecture and planning experience and has completed projects ranging from permit drawings sets through campus master plan design. In his role, he will assist in the development of environmental and urban planning products including feasibility studies, master plans, land use permitting applications and environmental compliance documentation. His notable project work includes environmental assessments such as the Mayor Wright Homes Redevelopment environmental impact statement (EIS), the Hā’ena State Park Master Plan EIS, La’i Opua 2020 Community Center, and the Hawai’i State Public Library’s Puna Regional Library Project. Seastrom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a Minor in City and Regional Planning from the University of California.
