Introducing Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40: Class of 2021

For this, Pacific Business News’ 22nd year of its 40 Under 40 awards, PBN is proud to present a new fresh batch of 40 young professionals making significant impacts to Hawaii businesses and communities.

While there will be no formal, in-person event this year due to restrictions on gatherings due to the Covid-19 pandemic, these members of the Island young professional workforce give more than enough reason to celebrate.

For PBN’s 40 Under 40 slideshow, we had our honorees send us selfies or headshots of themselves, and some of them opted to include furry friends, cute kids and beautiful landscapes in their photos. Click through the above gallery to see this year’s honorees, which includes representatives from several fields including hospitality and tourism, education, medicine, and the nonprofit world — among others.

Watch out for PBN’s upcoming special section on the honorees in our print and web editions on Aug. 27.

Congratulations to this year’s class of PBN’s 40 Under 40.
