Hensel Phelps Construction Co. has been selected as the general contractor and Group 70 International, Inc. as the architect for The Grand Islander by Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Hilton Worldwide and Blackstone launched construction of the 418-unit vacation ownership tower with a groundbreaking ceremony June 3.
