Group 70 International Inc. was recently recognized by the U.S. Air Force for its design of an addition to the Joan K. Mendel Elementary School at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The 2015 Design Merit Award was presented in December at an award ceremony in San Antonio, Texas.
“2015 marks the 40th anniversary of this prestigious awards program, and this year’s winners exemplify the design quality the Air Force expects for all of our construction projects,” says David Duncan, manager of the awards program.
