Kevin Loo-Chan, AIA, joins the G70 team as a Project Architect. In this role, he will work alongside G70 principals to lead and manage project teams through design and construction phases for projects in various market sectors. Prior to joining G70, Loo-Chan worked at Urban Works, Inc starting as a Project Designer and working his way to being an Associate at the firm. His passion for wholistic and environmentally responsible design is shown in his work on the Ola Ka ‘Ilima Artspace Lofts which garnered an AIA Design Award of Excellence in 2021 and Pūlama Lāna‘i Hokuao Community. Loo-Chan is an active member on the AIA Honolulu Mentorship Committee, and was awarded the AIA Grassroots Conference Scholarship for the AIA Pacific and Northwest Region in 2018. Loo-Chan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
