G70 Interior Design Studio Promotes Kellye Greco and Marie McCreary

G70 is elated to announce the promotion of Kellye Greco, IIDA, NCIDQ and Marie McCreary NCIDQ, LEED AP to continue leading G70’s Interior Design Studio.

Kellye’s approach to design is centered on the human experience – championing people-centered solutions through a variety of interiors – education, healthcare, workplace, resort, and non-profit organizations. Her collaborative approach has laid the foundation of the importance for communication, teamwork, and establishing a shared design culture with both clients and team.
“I am incredibly honored and excited to join my fellow principals of G70, and continue leading the Interior Design studio into new horizons and exciting times ahead,” said Kellye, “I look forward to working alongside our staff, our clients, and the communities that we serve, to steward a new, modern, vision for our residents and visitors.”

Through her experience working on a wide range of projects from commercial, hospitality, institution, and resort development, she has developed a passion for the design of education and learning facilities. Her notable work is reflected in the award-winning and recently completed K-1 Community and Residence Hall at ‘Iolani School, the University of Hawai’i at Manoa’s C-MORE Hale, as well as internationally, with work in Japan. 

An alumnus of Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 Class of 2020 and the Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance Cohort 6 (2021-22). Kellye is a former board member and past-president for Honolulu Executives Association (HEA) and sits on the board for Association for Learning Environments (A4LE). Kellye is also highly involved within the local Interior Design community. She currently serves as VP of Membership and formerly as VP of Advocacy with IIDA Hawaii Pacific Chapter.

Marie McCreary, NCIDQ, LEED AP has been promoted to Associate Principal. Marie joined G70 in 2020 and has more than 20 years of experience in programming, space planning and interior design for a diverse portfolio of projects, including corporate workspaces, hospitality, law offices, civic and federal institutions, healthcare and aviation. She has worked throughout the Hawaiian Islands, United States and Internationally. 

Through her experience, Marie focuses on delivering integrated solutions comprising of design direction and strategy, inspiration, and leadership. Working closely with her clients to understand both their desires and aspirations, she is able to lead them in the exploration of design trends, opportunities, and strategic programming. 

“I have long admired G70’s expansive project portfolio, and I am thrilled to continue leading our collaborative and creative studio,” says Marie. “I am excited to continue bringing innovative interior design and solutions to the firm’s various range of high-impact projects – pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the built environment.” 

In her new role as Associate Principal, Marie will continue to deliver market driven and sophisticated designs that demonstrate a strong understanding of authenticity and brand.
