G70 has assisted Outrigger Enterprises for several years with the redevelopment of their properties on eight acres in the Lewers Street and Kalia Road area of Waikīkī. Known as Waikīkī Beach Walk, this project redevelops a significant segment of Outrigger's Hawai'i holdings in a key area of Waikīkī. Approved through the City's detailed Planned Development-Resort Permit process, aging hotel and commercial spaces are being upgraded with new and renovated visitor units. The design comprises a variety of stores, restaurants, and public amenities, with an outdoor plaza serving as the center of activity for residents and visitors alike.
