G70 provided full service architecture and engineering for the new Hyatt Residence Club Timeshare Tower in Ka'anapali, a luxury 131 unit project located next to the existing Hyatt Regency Hotel. All suites have very large ocean facing terrace balconies and each timeshare unit features "Nanawall" type folding windows and doors allowing the flow of outdoor space into the apartment interior. Wider bay sizes and higher ceiling heights provides a generous scale inside the units.
