What’s your No. 1 goal for 2020?

Time is precious and how you use it is so important. A goal I set for myself this year was to focus on what means the most to me professionally and personally. It’s easy to get lost in the shuffle of it all, say yes to everything, and multitask until you are drowning in multitasking.Focusing more wholly on tasks give it the attention it needs and balance for me.

What advice would you give to your 21-year-old self?

Believe in yourself, your worth and your value. Have goals and write them down. Save money, spend less. Take time to slow down when needed, there is so much life ahead of you.

What was the biggest professional risk you ever took and what was the result?

I don’t know if I have one singular risk but being in the creative industry that I am in, you are putting yourself out there all the time. It’s important to learn and knowing your voice/point of view and equally important to know when to speak and when to listen.

What is your go-to drink, boozy or otherwise?

Jameson and ginger.
