Lance thrives from the energy derived from collaborating with diverse teams and clients to solve project challenges. He approaches architecture encouraging open and inclusive collaboration, bringing all parties to the table to develop inspired design solutions. Since joining G70 in 2012, Lance has brought this approach to projects of varying scales and typologies – from educational and hospitality to residences and workplaces. Committed to building a better future, Lance brings a keen interest in sustainability, wellness and community.  Lance continually nurtures the next generation throughout the practice, profession, and community, mentoring interns, serving as a guest lecturer and critic at the UH School of Architecture, and supporting teens from the Boys and Girls Club of Hawai‘i.
