Hawai‘i Pacific University's Aloha Tower Marketplace Waterfront Lofts are located on the downtown Honolulu waterfront, Piers 8 and 9, and borders the iconic Aloha Tower. G70 worked with HPU to revitalize Aloha Tower Marketplace into a vibrant, mixed-use residential and commercial center to serve the Hawai‘i community and its students.
