The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, the first of it’s kind on the island of O‘ahu, is a five-star resort which balances local culture with exclusive luxury offered by the reputation and expectation of the brand. As first impressions are often critical to guest experience, the transformation began with opening the lobby to the scenic ocean views that draw you to the new 225 SM(2,250 SF) Kohola deck. The design scope included renovation of the 371 guest rooms with panoramic ocean views; repositioning of 5-signature restaurants, lounges, ballroom, meeting areas; provisions for outdoor dining and lounge decks; repositioning of the spa and wellness center featuring indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, a 1,000 SM (10,000 SF) health club, addition of 3-pools and luxury cabanas.
