Ryan  has 15 years of experience in civil engineering working on projects in commercial, educational, and residential site development in Honolulu, HI and the greater Los Angeles, CA area. His responsibilities include grading and drainage design, wet-utility design, preparing construction documents, and assisting with permitting and construction administration. Ryan’s tasks also involved preparing reports and specifications, civil-related cost estimates, and other project management-related duties.
