G70 provided the design, planning and permit approval services for the Ward Entertainment Center. The project included a 4,000-seat 16-plex theater in sloped arena-style seating, alongside a two-level parking structure with streetfront stores and restaurants. Its design reflects the tradition of older, historic theater houses in Honolulu.
