Kōloa Landing at Po‘ipū Beach is a 323-unit condominium development on 24.6 acres of land in Po‘ipū, Kaua‘i, across from the historic Kōloa Landing beachfront. The project design is an upscale translation of early Hawai‘i plantation motifs. The 19 residential buildings of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units are four stories tall with views of the ocean and landscaped garden amenities. Additionally, accessory structures include a spa and snack bar adjacent to the main pool area, a maintenance building, and covered parking scattered throughout the development.
